Factors Affecting Success of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator Management of Educational Institutions under Vocational Education Northern Region

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study level of factors, level of success and factors affecting the success of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator management of Educational Institutions under the Vocational Education Northern Region. The population in this research was 174 administrators, 87 directors of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubators and 261 business advisors, 522 people in total, from 87 Educational Institutions under the Vocational Education Northern Region. The sample selected by stratified random sampling was 75 administrators, 38 directors of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubators, and 113 business advisors. The instruments used was a questionnaire. The mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The results revealed that the level of factors affecting the success of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator management of educational Institutions under the Vocational Education Northern Region overall was at a high level and the factor ranked the highest was the personnel factor. Moreover, the level of success of the Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator management of educational Institutions under the Vocational Education Northern Region overall was at a high level. When each item was considered in isolation, the item ranked at the highest mean score was that the Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator could improve students’ potential for business skills and experience. According to the multiple regression analysis, the factors that affected the success of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator management of educational Institutions with statistical significance at 0.01 were participating students (X1), management (X3) and product (X4). All factors could explain the variance of Vocational Entrepreneurship Incubator management at 67.60% and could be presented in forecasting formula as

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับของปัจจัย ระดับของความสำเร็จ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษาของสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษา ภาคเหนือ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 174 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 87 คน และครูที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจ จำนวน 261 คน รวมจำนวน 522 คน จากสถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 87 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 75 คน หัวหน้าศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษา จำนวน 38 คน และครูที่ปรึกษาธุรกิจ จำนวน 113 คน รวมจำนวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษาของสถานศึกษาสังกัด อาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือในภาพรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ระดับของความสำเร็จในการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษาของสถานศึกษาสังกัด อาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่า ศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษาสามารถพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนนักศึกษาให้มีทักษะและประสบการณ์การทำธุรกิจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด สำหรับผลการวิเคราะห์ การถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้แก่ ด้านนักเรียนนักศึกษาที่เข้ารับการบ่มเพาะ(X1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ(X3) และด้านผลผลิต (X4) โดยที่ปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความสำเร็จการบริหารศูนย์บ่มเพาะผู้ประกอบการอาชีวศึกษา (Y) ได้ร้อยละ 67.60 สามารถเขียนแสดงในรูปสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้
