Effect of Davies, Instructional Model and Computer Assited Instruction on Microsoft Publisher for Grade 4-6 Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop a computer assisted instruction, examine effectiveness of a lesson plan and study satisfaction of Mattayom Suksa 4-6 students of the Davies’ instructional model and computer assisted instruction on Microsoft Publishers. The target population of this research was 13 Mattayom Suksa 4-6 students of Ban Khung Taphao School, Muang District, Uttaradit Province. The instruments used were a lesson plan, computer assisted instruction, an achievement test, and a satisfaction survey. The effectiveness index, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The results revealed that the appropriateness level of the Davies’ instructional model and computer assisted instruction on Microsoft Publishers for Mattayom Suksa 4-6 students was at a high level (μ=4.27, σ=0.41). Furthermore, the effectiveness of the lesson plan was 81.23/83.84 which was higher than the 80/80 set criteria, while the effectiveness index of students’ achievement was 0.68. In addition, the satisfaction of the students of the instruction was at the highest level (μ=4.58, σ=0.62).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใชัทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ เรื่อง การใช้งาน Microsoft Publisher สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนบ้านคุ้งตะเภา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 13 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือการวิจัยได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ แบบวัดความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าดัชนีประสิทธิภาพ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่าการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่อง การใช้งาน Microsoft Publisher สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก (μ = 4.27, σ = 0.41) ผลการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 81.23/83.84 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่ กำหนดคือ 80/80 ผลการศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลของผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน เท่ากับ 0.68 และผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ทักษะปฏิบัติของเดวีส์ ร่วมกับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่อง การใช้งาน Microsoft Publisher สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (μ = 4.58, σ = 0.62)
