Factors Contributing to Success of Student Support System Management of Educational Opportunity Expansion Schools under Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to find out the level of factors, level of success, and factors contributing to success of the management of student care and support systems of educational opportunity expansion schools under Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The population was 23 teachers responsible for academic affairs, 23 guidance teachers or teachers who were responsible for student support systems, and 138 teacher advisors for junior high school students, 184 participants in total. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression.

The results showed that overall, the level of success of the management of the student care and support systems of the educational opportunity expansion schools was at a high level in terms of cooperation, guidance teachers, training, teacher advisors, and school administrators aspects respectively. The level of success of the overall management was at a high level. Furthermore, five success factors of the management of the student care and support systems which were teacher advisors (β = 0.446), school administrators (β = 0.183), training (β = 0.102), cooperation (β = 0.059), and guidance teachers (β = 0.183), all of which were statistically significant at the level of 0.01 and accounted for 41.30 percent of covariance.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัย ระดับความสำเร็จ และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์ เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูฝ่ายวิชาการ จำนวน 23 คน ครูแนะแนวหรือครูที่รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำนวน 23 คน และครูที่ปรึกษาชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 138 คน รวมทั้งหมด 184 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับปัจจัยความสำเร็จของการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งด้านการประสานงาน ด้านครูแนะแนว ด้านการฝึกอบรม ด้านครูที่ปรึกษา และด้านผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ ส่วนระดับความสำเร็จของการบริหารจัดการ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการบริหารจัดการระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน มีทั้งหมด 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านครูที่ปรึกษา (β = 0.446) ด้านผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (β = 0.183) ด้านการฝึกอบรม (β = 0.102) ด้านการประสานงาน (β = 0.059) และด้านครูแนะแนว (β = 0.183) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 และสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนร่วมได้ร้อยละ 41.30
