Development of Realistic Drawing Curriculum for Matthayomsuksa 3 Students

Abstract

This research study was intended to develop a curriculum in realistic drawing for Matthayomsuksa 3 students, evaluate the curriculum implementation, and determine the student satisfaction of the curriculum. The research population was a total of 809 Matthayomsuksa 3 students of schools in Si Samrong District, Sukhothai Province. The sample was 30 students of Wat Khlongpong (Thammaphanbamroong) School under Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization, Si Samrong District, SukhothaI Province, derived through the purposive sampling method. The instruments used in the study included a realistic drawing curriculum, a pre/posttest, a performance assessment form, a desirable characteristics assessment form, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The statistical devices employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test.

The results showed that the realistic drawing curriculum for Matthayomsulsa 3 students was constructed by applying the Taba Model. The curriculum was an additional course curriculum, which consisted of 3 learning units: Unit 1 Fundamentals of Realistic Drawing, Unit 2 Realistic Drawing Techniques, and Unit 3 Creating Realistic Drawings, incorporated with 15 lesson plans for 20 hours. The curriculum and the lesson plans were found suitable at the highest level. After the implementation of the curriculum, in terms of knowledge, the students obtained significantly higher average scores at a significance level of 0.05. Based on the performance assessment, the average score was 93.90 percent. In terms of desirable characteristics, between 93.33 and 100 percent of the students exhibited responsibility, eagerness to learn, determination, patience, discipline and punctuality respectively. In addition, the student satisfaction of the curriculum was at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตร และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรวิชาการวาดภาพเหมือนจริง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอศรีสำโรง จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 809 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนวัดคลองโป่ง (ธรรมภาณบำรุง) สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัย อำเภอศรีสำโรง จังหวัดสุโขทัย จำนวน 30 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรวิชาการวาดภาพเหมือนจริง แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ แบบประเมินคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลักสูตรวิชาการวาดภาพเหมือนจริง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ดำเนินการพัฒนาโดยการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรของทาบา เป็นหลักสูตรรายวิชาเพิ่มเติมประกอบด้วย 3 หน่วยการเรียน คือ หน่วยที่ 1 ความรู้เบื้องต้นในการวาดภาพเหมือนจริง หน่วยที่ 2 เทคนิคในการวาดภาพเหมือนจริง และหน่วยที่ 3 การสร้างงานภาพเหมือนจริงที่หลากหลาย มีแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 15 แผน ใช้เวลาเรียน 20 ชั่วโมง ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรและแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการใช้หลักสูตรด้านความรู้ นักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านทักษะปฏิบัติร้อยละ 93.90 ด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์นักเรียนร้อยละ 93.33 ถึง 100 มีความรับผิดชอบ ใฝ่เรียนรู้ มุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน มีความอดทน มีวินัย และตรงต่อเวลาตามลำดับ นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
