Effects of Using Cooperative Learning Method with Comic Book Entitled "Dawn of Happiness at Sukhothai" of Social Studies, Religion and Culture Department for Prathomsuksa 4 Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to examine learning achievement and study student satisfaction of using cooperative learning method with a comic book entitled “the Dawn of Happiness in Sukhothai” of Social Studies, Religion and Culture Department for Prathomsuksa 4 Students. The population of this research was 256 Prathomsuksa 4 students in Suansrithani School Group. The sample selected by cluster random sampling method was 14 Prathomsuksa 4 students of Watyangen School. The instruments used were a lesson plan, a comic book, an achievement test and a satisfaction survey. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and effectiveness index were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The findings revealed that the evaluation of the lesson plan using cooperative learning method with a comic book entitled “the Dawn of Happiness in Sukhothai” of Social Studies, Religion and Culture Department for Prathomsuksa 4 Students was at the highest level. The findings also showed that the quality evaluation of the comic book was at the highest level. The effectiveness of the lesson plan was 84.00/84.64 which was higher than the 80/80 set criteria. Furthermore, the learning achievement of the students after learning was statistically significantly higher than before learning at 0.05, and the progress score was 74.79%. In addition, the student satisfaction of using cooperative learning method with a comic book entitled “the Dawn of Happiness in Sukhothai” of Social Studies, Religion and Culture Department for Prathomsuksa 4 Students was at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนมีต่อผลการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ ร่วมกับหนังสือการ์ตูน เรื่อง รุ่งอรุณแห่งความสุข ณ สุโขทัย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ประชากร คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 กลุ่มโรงเรียนบ้านสวนศรีธานี จำนวน 256 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดยางเอน จำนวน 14 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ หนังสือการ์ตูน แบบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และดัชนีประสิทธิผล

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ ร่วมกับหนังสือการ์ตูน เรื่อง รุ่งอรุณแห่งความสุข ณ สุโขทัย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 พบว่า ผลการประเมินแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการประเมินคุณภาพของหนังสือการ์ตูนอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพมีค่าเท่ากับ 84.00/84.64 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้ นักเรียนมีผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คะแนนความก้าวหน้าร้อยละ 74.79 และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ ร่วมกับหนังสือการ์ตูน เรื่อง รุ่งอรุณแห่งความสุข ณ สุโขทัย กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษา ศาสนา และวัฒนธรรม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
