The development of herbal incense courseFor grade 4-6 students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to develop a course, examine the course effectiveness, and study student satisfaction of Mosquito Repellent Herbal Incense Stick Course for Prathomsuksa 4-6 students. The population of this research was 22 Prathomsuksa 4-6 students of Yoowidhya School, Nan Province. The instruments used were a lesson plan, an achievement test, an evaluation form and a satisfaction survey. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The findings revealed that the total learning time of the course was 18 hours. The course consisted of the following: basic knowledge of herbs (3 hours), herb processing (3 hours), basic knowledge of incense sticks (3 hours), stages of herbal incense stick production (6 hours), and product presentation (3 hours). The data showed that the appropriateness of the course was at the highest level. Furthermore, the mean score of the students’ achievement was 86.86, while the mean score of the quality evaluation of group work was 92.97 which was ranked at a very good level. Similarly, the mean score of the overall work skills was 91.95, that was ranked at a very good level. In terms of the student satisfaction, overall it was at a high level with the mean score of 4.41.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร ศึกษาผลการใช้หลักสูตร และเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อหลักสูตรธูปหอมสมุนไพรไล่ยุงลาย สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ประขากรเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ นักเรียนโรงเรียนอนุบาลอยู่วิทยา จังหวัดน่าน ขั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรและแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบความรู้ แบบประเมิน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าหลักสูตรที่พัฒนามีจำนวน 18 ชั่วโมง ประกอบด้วย ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับสมุนไพร 3 ชั่วโมง การแปรรูปสมุนไพร 3 ชั่วโมง ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับธูป 3 ชั่วโมง ขั้นตอนการประดิษฐ์ธูปหอมสมุนไพร 6 ชั่วโมง การนำเสนอผลงาน 3 ชั่วโมง การประเมินความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด นักเรียนที่เข้ารับการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามหลักสูตรมีคะแนนหลังการใช้หลักสูตรค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 86.86 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของการประเมินคุณภาพการทำงานกลุ่มโดยรวมเท่ากับ 92.97 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยของการประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมเท่ากับ 91.95 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.41
