Development of Student Development Activities Management Model of Nam Man Had La School Network under Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 2

Abstract

This research aimed to study the current conditions and to develop a student development activities management model of Nam Man Had La School Network under the Office of Uttaradit Primary Educational Service Area 2. The target population was 97 administrators and teachers from 9 schools in Nam Man Had La School Network. The research was conducted using mixed methods of which the quantitative data was collected from questionnaires while the qualitative data was accumulated through a structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis was percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The results showed that current conditions of the student development activities management model consisted of 4 aspects including administrators, personnel, resources, and supervision and evaluation. They were all at a high level. With regard to the development of the management model of student development activities of Nam Man Had La School Network, it should focus on the following. Administrators – they should see student development activities as importance, set and assign a policy on conducting student development activities, and manage work with participation and integration with all sectors. Personnel – teachers’ role awareness, knowledge and understanding of student development activities should be developed; in addition, their self-development should be encouraged. Resources – teachers should make their own teaching materials, develop school learning resources, and use budget according to the plan. Supervision and evaluation – PDCA process should be applied to conducting student development activities; AAR follow-up and evaluation process should be used with each activity; and accomplished activities should be publicized through social media, exhibitions, and parent meetings.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ การบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนน้ำหมันหาดล้า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุตรดิตถ์เขต 2 ประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียน ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนน้ำหมันหาดล้า 9 โรงเรียน จำนวน 97 คน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถาม และเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนน้ำหมันหาดล้า โดยมีองค์ประกอบรูปแบบ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผู้บริหาร ด้านบุคลากร ด้านทรัพยากร และด้านการกำกับติดตามและประเมินผล อยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนของกลุ่มเครือข่ายโรงเรียนน้ำหมันหาดล้าด้านผู้บริหาร ควรให้ความสำคัญ กำหนด และมอบหมายนโยบายในการดำเนินกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน บริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมและบูรณาการกับทุกภาคส่วน ด้านบุคลากร ควรสร้างความตระหนัก ความรู้ ความเข้าใจในกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน และส่งเสริมให้มีการพัฒนาตนเองด้านทรัพยากร ควรส่งเสริม ให้มีการผลิตสื่อเอง พัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ในโรงเรียน และใช้งบประมาณตามแผนงานโครงการ ด้านการกำกับติดตามและประเมินผล ควรดำเนินกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามวงจรเดมมิ่ง PDCA และการติดตามประเมินผลแบบ AAR เป็นรายกิจกรรม มีการสรุปและเผยแพร่กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ นิทรรศการ และการประชุมผู้ปกครอง
