Guidelines on successful collective schools management

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate guidelines and evaluate the feasibility of successful collective school management. The population in this research was 71 collective schools under the Office of Nan Primary Education Service Area. The sample selected by purposive sampling was 10 collective schools. The informants in this research included 8 school directors and teachers in the collective schools. The 10 executive advisors who evaluated the feasibility included collective school administrators, school supervisors, and Special Education Center directors. The instruments used were a questionnaire about the guidelines on successful collective school management as well as a feasibility evaluation form for executive advisors. The frequency, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The results revealed that the management guidelines of successful collective schools that had exemplary accomplishments overall were at a high level. The aspect ranked the highest was learning society followed by collective learning management and learners, and learning management respectively. The evaluation of the feasibility of the guidelines on successful collective school management was at a high level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางและประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวมที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ประชากร ได้แก่ โรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวม สังกัดสำนักงานประถมศึกษาน่าน จำนวน 71 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ โรงเรียนจัดการเรียนรวม จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ครูวิชาการ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวม จำนวน 8 คน ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวม ศึกษานิเทศก์ ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ รวม 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวมที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และแบบประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนแกนนำเรียนรวมที่ประสบความสำเร็จ มีผลงานที่เป็นแบบอย่าง มีค่าเฉลี่ยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยค่าเฉลี่ยด้านสังคมแห่งการเรียนรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ด้านบริหารจัดการเรียนรวมและด้านผู้เรียน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนแกนนำจัดการเรียนรวมที่ประสบความสำเร็จมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก
