Factors of Administrative Skills in 21st Century of School Administrators in Uttaradit Secondary Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze factors of administrative skills in the 21st century of school administrators in Uttaradit secondary schools. The population of this research was 994 administrators and teachers in secondary schools in Uttaradit. The sample selected by stratified random sampling was 410 administrators and teachers. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The exploratory factor analysis was the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The results revealed that the factors of administrative skills in the 21st century of school administrators in Uttaradit secondary schools consisted of 5 factors and 41 variables that could explain variation as 76.80%. When each factor was considered in isolation, it was found as follows: The first factor - administrative skills comprised 11 variables and could explain variation as 18.63%; the second factor - teamwork skills could explain variation as 17.70%; the third factor - planning and development skills comprised 9 variables and could explain variation as 14.58%; the fourth factor - communication and technology skills comprised 4 variables and could explain variation as 13.26%; and the last factor - leadership skills comprised 6 variables and could explain variation as 12.63%.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ จำนวน 994 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 410 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ 41 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 76.80 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายองค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ทักษะด้านการบริหารจัดการ ได้ 11 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 18.63 องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 17.70 องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะด้านการวางแผนและพัฒนา ได้ 9 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 14.58 องค์ประกอบที่ 4 ทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและเทคโนโลยี ได้ 4 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 13.26 และองค์ประกอบที่ 5 ทักษะด้านภาวะผู้นำ ได้ 6 ตัวแปร สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนทั้งหมดได้ร้อยละ 12.63
