Development of Hmong Hemp weaving training program for secondary school, Phop Phra District, Tak province.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to investigate needs, to develop a Hmong hemp weaving training program, to examine achievement of the program, and to study the satisfaction of trainers towards the Hmong hemp weaving training program for high school students. The target population for interview was the directors, teachers, community leaders, and local philosophers while the population of this research was 410 Matthayom Suksa 4 to 6 students in Phop Phra District, Tak Province. The sample selected by voluntary selection was 50 Matthayom Suksa 4 to 6 students of Pamai-utid 4 School in 2019 academic year. The instruments used were a training program, an interview, a test, and a satisfaction survey. The percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test were the parameters used for statistical analysis.

The results revealed that the directors, teachers, community leaders and local philosophers need the Hmong hemp weaving training program since weaving has gradually faded away from their daily life and they aim to preserve as well as maintain the local wisdom by developing the program. The program contains 3 units, namely Learning about hemp, Equipment for hemp weaving, and Hemp weaving process with 30 hours of training period. The evaluation of the training program showed that the trainers have passed the set criteria of 75% including cognition at 83.72% with t-test = 8.79, performance at 98.70% with t-test = 81.72, desirable characteristics at 99.2% with t-test = 123.91. In addition, the satisfaction of the students is at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการและพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการทอผ้าชนเผ่าม้งด้วยใยกัญชง ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์การใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม และศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการทอผ้าชนเผ่าม้งด้วยใยกัญชง สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก ประชากรเป้าหมายในการสัมภาษณ์ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้นำชุมชน และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ประชากร ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 อำเภอพบพระ จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 410 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนป่าไม้อุทิศ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 50 คน โดยการเลือกแบบอาสาสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การสัมภาษณ์ แบบทดสดสอบ และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหาร ครู ผู้นำชุมชน และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน มีความต้องการหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมการทอผ้าชนเผ่าม้งด้วยใยกัญชง เนื่องจากปัจจุบันวัฒนธรรมในการทอผ้าเริ่มเลือนหายออกไปจากวิถีชีวิตประจำวันและต้องการที่จะอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นให้คงอยู่สืบไป จึงนำมาพัฒนาเป็นหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมโดยมีโครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร จำนวน 3 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ ได้แก่ เรียนรู้ต้นกัญชง เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ในการทอผ้าจากใยกัญชง และกระบวนการทอผ้าจากใยกัญชง ระยะเวลาในการฝึกอบรม 30 ชั่วโมง จากการประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรผู้เข้ารับการอบรมผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ตามที่กำหนดไว้ในสมมติฐานการวิจัย คือ ด้านความรู้คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83.27 ค่าทดสอบที 8.79 ด้านทักษะการปฏิบัติงานคิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.70 ค่าทดสอบที 81.72 ด้านคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์คิดเป็นร้อยละ 99.20 ค่าทดสอบที 123.91 และมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
