Factors for developing teacher's innovative thinking skillsin the Education Opportunity Extension School under the office of Primary Education Service Area 1 of Nan Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the factors of teachers’ innovative thinking skills in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. The population comprised 157 school administrators and 1,298 teachers, 1,455 participants in total. The study sample, obtained through the stratified random sampling method, consisted of 47 school administrators and 403 teachers, 450 respondents in total. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical devices employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, and factor analysis.

The results showed that there were four components and 45 variables of teachers’ innovative thinking skills in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Office of Nan Primary Educational Service Area 1. For the first component, creative skill, there were 13 variables, with an Eigen value of 8.654 and a percentage of common factors of 19.232. For the second component, rational thinking skill, there were 13 variables, with an Eigen value of 8.628 and a percentage of common factors of 19.173. For the third component, systematic thinking skill, there were 10 variables, with an Eigen value of 7.352 and a percentage of common factors of 16.337. The fourth component, thinking skill to success, there were 9 variables, with an Eigen value of 6.471 and a percentage of common factors of 14.381. This explained the 69.123 percent overall percentage of common factors.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู ในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 1,455 คน จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 157 คน และครู จำนวน 1,298 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 47 คน และครู จำนวน 403 คน รวม 450 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 มี 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก 45 ตัวแปร ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบที่ 1 ทักษะด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ ได้ 13 ตัวแปร มีค่าไอเกน เท่ากับ 8.654 และร้อยละของความแปรปรวนร่วม เท่ากับ 19.232 องค์ประกอบที่ 2 ทักษะด้านการคิดอย่างมีเหตุผล ได้ 13 ตัวแปร มีค่าไอเกน เท่ากับ 8.628 และร้อยละของความแปรปรวนร่วม เท่ากับ 19.173 องค์ประกอบที่ 3 ทักษะด้านการคิดเชิงระบบได้ 10 ตัวแปร มีค่าไอเกน เท่ากับ 7.352 และร้อยละของความแปรปรวนร่วม เท่ากับ 16.337 และองค์ประกอบที่ 4 ทักษะด้านการคิดสู่ความสำเร็จ ได้ 9 ตัวแปร มีค่าไอเกน เท่ากับ 6.471 และร้อยละของความแปรปรวนร่วม เท่ากับ 14.381 ซึ่งสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนร่วมได้ทั้งสิ้นร้อยละ 69.123
